Location: London, hybrid (3 days/week in Old Street)

Position: Enterprise Business Development Representative – UK&I

Experience: 3+ years in B2B Sales / Business Development

Salary: £40K base +£40K uncapped variable

THE CONTEXT

My client, a fast-growing European scale-up combining AI and human expertise to transform Customer Experience outsourcing, is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative – UK&I. The company helps leading brands outsource and automate their customer care through a flexible model combining proprietary AI technology with a network of highly skilled human agents. Already trusted by 250+ companies worldwide and generating €40M ARR profitably, the company is now accelerating its expansion across the UK & Ireland. Your main mission will be to generate qualified enterprise opportunities by targeting senior Customer Experience decision-makers through cold outbound, partnerships, events and creative prospecting strategies.

THE ROLE

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative – UK&I, you will play a key role in building the company’s enterprise pipeline across the market. You will target senior stakeholders including Heads of Customer Care, Heads of CX/Ops, COOs and CCOs within industries such as e-commerce, finance, insurance, mobility, travel, telco and utilities. This is not a classic meeting-booking BDR role. You will be expected to understand prospects’ challenges, lead meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers, qualify opportunities through MEDDICC, develop partnerships and potentially close smaller opportunities directly. If you love hunting, enjoy speaking with senior executives and want to have a direct impact on the growth of an ambitious scale-up, this role is for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
