Business Development Representative (BDR)

Horsforth, Leeds | £28,000 - £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Looking for more than just another sales job?

We're partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed B2B business that's experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in its commercial function. With an established client base, a strong market reputation, and revenues exceeding £3.5 million, they're building for the future and looking for ambitious people to join them on the journey.

This is an opportunity for a driven Business Development Representative to make a real impact, joining a business that values creativity, initiative, and a modern approach to prospecting.

The Role

As a BDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building a healthy pipeline for the sales team.

This isn't about sending generic outreach messages all day. The business encourages a creative approach to prospecting, using personalised LinkedIn videos, voice notes, tailored messaging, and smart outreach strategies to engage senior decision-makers and create meaningful conversations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
