Lead a high-performing team to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact
We are looking for a BDR Manager to join our Demand Generation function, leading a team of Business Development Representatives to support our growth ambitions.
This is a leadership role where you will be accountable for both team performance and your own contribution, driving high-quality pipeline generation through a blend of inbound and outbound activity. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure alignment on targets, lead quality and conversion outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from our Watford office at least twice a month.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of BDRs, building a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Own and deliver against team pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance against KPIs
- Drive high-quality lead generation through structured inbound and outbound activity
- Develop and embed best-practice approaches to outreach, ensuring consistent and effective engagement
- Oversee and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns to maximise pipeline conversion
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure alignment on messaging, lead quality and handover
- Provide performance insights, pipeline reporting and feedback to senior stakeholders to support continuous improvement

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking an experienced team leader who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced commercial environment.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven experience leading and developing a BDR, SDR or sales team
- Experience within HR, payroll or enterprise SaaS environments
- A track record of delivering pipeline and revenue targets through effective performance management
- Strong experience in demand generation and multi-channel campaign execution
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Sales and Marketing functions
