Lead the international expansion of a category-defining fintech platform as the first BDR Manager in London. In this high-velocity player-coach role, you will hire and develop a high-performing team while building the European go-to-market playbook from scratch. You'll define the prospecting strategy and drive qualified pipeline across the UK and Europe.

What You Will Do
- Serve as a player-coach, modeling best-in-class prospecting while hiring and developing a high-performing BDR team in London.
- Build the European BDR infrastructure from scratch, including ICP definition, messaging sequences, call scripts, and discovery frameworks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders to refine targeting strategies and optimize the pipeline conversion process.
The ideal candidate
- Has at least one year of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor with a proven history of over-attainment.
- Demonstrates strong leadership potential with evidence of coaching peers or team members to improve their performance and career progression.
- Maintains AI fluency as a daily habit, instinctively using AI tools to optimize workflows in a fast-paced builder culture.
