BDR Manager | Leading SaaS Company | London

The Company

A high-growth, PE backed SaaS/AI business scaling its go-to-market function in London. The client are a real disruptive mission driven SaaS company that are journeying towards $1Bn ARR

The Role

We're hiring a BDR Manager to lead and scale a team of 6-8 BDRs driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation across outbound. This is a player-coach role reporting into the VP EMEA / VP BD you'll own team performance, process, and progression while staying close enough to the coalface to jump on calls, review sequences, and coach in real time.

What you'll own:

  • Day-to-day management of a 6-8 person BDR team — hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
  • Pipeline generation targets — accountable for SQLs/meetings booked and conversion through to pipeline value
  • MEDDIC qualification standards embedded across the team — coaching reps to qualify hard, not just book volume
  • Outbound strategy and cadence design — multi-channel sequences (call, email, social, video) tuned for high-velocity motion
  • Territory and account segmentation in partnership with Sales and Marketing
  • Ramp and enablement — building the playbook that gets new BDRs productive fast
  • Reporting and forecasting — activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, presented to sales leadership
  • Tooling — ownership of the outbound stack (Outreach/Salesloft, Salesforce/HubSpot, intent data, dialers)
  • Tight collaboration with AEs and Marketing on lead handoff, feedback loops, and campaign alignment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing a BDR/SDR team of similar size (6+) inside a SaaS business
  • Background in high-velocity outbound motion — not just inbound qualification
  • Fluent in MEDDIC (or comparable qualification framework — MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
  • Track record of hitting/exceeding team pipeline targets consistently
  • Strong coaching instinct — genuinely enjoys developing junior talent, not just managing a scoreboard
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, still-scaling environment — building process as much as running it
  • Data-literate — uses funnel metrics to diagnose and fix, not just report
