You’ll be working closely with sales and marketing, turning campaigns, events, and prospect conversations into new business opportunities. You’ll also get exposure to senior HR and business leaders, helping you build confidence, commercial understanding, and a strong professional network. As you develop, there are clear progression routes into more senior sales roles, marketing, customer success, or leadership.

Hybrid schedule — work from our Winnersh office three days a week.
