Job Description

Are you kind, compassionate, and eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults? We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our team in Edgbaston as a CAREGiver.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality non-medical support to help clients maintain independence in their homes.
  • Offer companionship, household assistance, meal preparation, and personal errands—tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Foster trust and rapport through mutual interests, keeping clients socially engaged and safe.
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and discretion at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

While no formal qualifications are mandatory, experience in older adult care or similar settings is advantageous:

  • Prior volunteering, family care, or professional experience.
  • Familiarity with general home maintenance, cleaning, or life-skills support.
  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols for vulnerable adults.
