About the Role
We are searching for kind, compassionate, and passionate individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of older adults by joining our team in Edgbaston as a CAREGiver.
As a CAREGiver, your role will involve providing a variety of non-medical services to help our clients maintain independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Building trust and rapport through shared interests and meaningful interactions.
- Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and light shopping.
- Providing companionship and encouragement through conversations, activities, or outings.
- Adhering to strict safety and confidentiality protocols.
- Embodying professionalism, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements
No formal qualifications are required, but we value the following qualities and experiences:
- A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for older adults.
- Some prior experience (paid or voluntary) in care settings, or working/interacting with older people.
- Personal experience in caring for a family member, preferences considered equally.
- Passionate about supporting others and committed to delivering an outstanding service.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
- Enjoyable personality and the ability to build professional friendships and feel comfortable spending time with clients.
