BEAUTY ADVISOR – LUXURY FRAGRANCE
Soho | London | £32,000 + £5,000–£10,000 commission | 39 hours per week

An exciting international fragrance house is preparing to open a beautiful new London boutique this autumn, and we are looking for three exceptional Beauty Advisors to become part of the founding team.
With European roots and a growing international following, the brand offers a contemporary and refreshingly modern approach to fine fragrance, beautiful products and understated luxury.
The London boutique will bring that philosophy to life and we're looking for people who can do the same - warm, friendly, professional, commercial and authentic.
You'll be joining an experienced Boutique Manager and a small team from the very beginning, helping establish the personality, standards and customer experience of a completely new London store.

We'd love to meet you if you are:
- Experienced within fragrance, beauty or premium/luxury lifestyle retail
- Naturally warm, friendly and confident with customers
- Commercially minded and comfortable working towards individual and store targets
- Great at building relationships and creating repeat clientele
- Interested in fragrance, ingredients, craftsmanship and storytelling
- Polished and professional without being overly formal
- A genuine team player who enjoys being part of something new
The package

- £32,000 basic salary
- Plus commission with potential value £5,000–£10,000, dependent on individual and boutique performance.
- 39 hours per week, working across normal Central London retail hours including weekends.
- Central London
- Start date: 1 October 2026
This is a lovely opportunity for someone who wants more than another counter or store role.
You'll be joining at the beginning, helping open the doors, build the clientele and shape the atmosphere of a new luxury fragrance boutique as it establishes itself in London.
