Beauty Agent (Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)
The LGA Management Beauty team are looking for a Beauty Agent on a fixed-term basis to provide cover during a period of maternity leave.
The role is expected to commence in January and continue until approximately February 2028. The appointment is temporary and is intended to provide cover for an employee who is taking maternity leave. The precise end date may vary depending on the timing of the employee’s return to work, and any changes will be communicated as early as reasonably practicable.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage and represent a roster of leading hair stylists and make-up artists, while proactively developing new editorial and commercial opportunities. The role will involve building strong relationships with artists and clients, negotiating and securing bookings, developing individual artist strategies, and working closely with the wider team to support the continued growth of both the artists and the agency.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Representing and managing hair stylists and make-up artists, while seeking out new editorial and commercial opportunities.
- Developing individual strategies for each artist, with the aim of elevating their profile both editorially and commercially.
- Acting as the key liaison between artists and clients.
- Building relationships with prospective clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively arranging new business meetings with prospective clients, with a target of three meetings per week.
- Creating presentations and pitches for prospective projects and new business opportunities.
- Managing day-to-day communication with assigned artists.
- Overseeing production alongside the in-house production team, including the management of schedules and options.
- Negotiating budgets and fees with clients where necessary.
- Overseeing producers in maintaining and updating artist portfolios and iPads, including requesting artwork where necessary.
