Role Description
The Beauty and Wellness Affiliate Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. In this position, the partner promotes beauty and wellness products and services, builds and maintains relationships with clients and customers, and represents the brand at events, in-person consultations, and onsite activations. The role also involves:
- Coordinating with internal teams on campaign execution
- Gathering customer feedback
- Ensuring that all interactions reflect the company’s standards of professionalism and care
The partner is expected to:
- Track performance metrics
- Meet agreed targets
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach and customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and support a positive client experience.
- Knowledge of health & wellness and basic understanding of exercise physiology to provide credible, wellness-oriented guidance.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and confident in-person presentation.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle promotion, affiliate marketing, or sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the United Kingdom, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and social media platforms to support campaigns and brand visibility.
- Relevant education or certifications in wellness, fitness, beauty therapy, or a related field are an advantage.
