Join our Creative Content team as a Beauty Assistant, supporting the creation of inspiring beauty content across digital, social, and print platforms.
About the Role
As a Beauty Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting the beauty team with daily content production, editorial activity, and special projects. Reporting to the Deputy Beauty Editor, you will work closely with internal creative teams, brand partners, and stakeholders to ensure beauty content is delivered to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for beauty and wellness who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating beauty-focused social media, digital, and magazine shoots, including product call-ins, shoot logistics, and credits.
- Supporting editorial and creative teams with shoot planning, shot lists, calendars, and content ideation.
- Managing day-to-day administration, including diary management, maintaining product samples, and ensuring assets are organized and accessible.
- Building strong relationships with brands and PR contacts, while supporting content accuracy through fact-checking and product information gathering.
- Assisting with content creation through social captions, website stories, trend research, reporting, and editorial projects.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
