One of the UK's fastest growing beauty retailers are looking for a Beauty Buyer to join their dynamic team.
From salon-exclusive hair care ranges to on-trend cosmetics, their ecommerce platform allows them to deliver an array of cutting-edge beauty products directly to the door of their loyal following.
Responsibilities:
- Managing & buying a selection of beauty brands in the Justmylook portfolio.
- Chasing overdue orders, satisfying back-orders and communicating with the warehouse to inform them of delivery dates.
- Monitoring spikes in sales, to ensure Justmylook has stock on hand to cater for current demand.
- General stock file housekeeping, including the creation of codes on our system for new products.
- Adhering to a buying cycle and ensuring that monthly orders are created and sent to suppliers on time.
- Negotiating promotions with suppliers, so that Justmylook can continue to present exciting & unique offers to their customers.
- Reviewing stock levels versus sales out data to make relevant recommendations where needed.
- Supporting other teams on an ad hoc basis, with roles that will potentially be outside of a traditional buyer's duties.

- Experience in a buying role, ideally in beauty.
- Ability to work efficiently and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
- Have exceptional written, copywriting, proofreading and communication skills together with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
- Have a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- Ability to be flexible, as per the business' requirements.
