ROLE: Guerlain Beauty Consultant

LOCATION: H Beauty, Chester

HOURS: 15 Hours

Job Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

As an ambassador for our Maison, you embody and transmit Guerlain's values to your customers. Under the responsibility of the Account Manager and their Assistant Managers, you will ensure the development of your sales while guaranteeing the excellence of our customer service.

Customer Service:

  • You put the relationship and the customer experience at the heart of all your actions and you commit to:
  • Provide your customers with a unique experience by creating a sincere bond: a warm welcome, building trust, mutual discovery, embodying the "Guerlain promise".
  • Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service: active listening to needs, adapted and personalized services and proposals, (make-up, skincare and perfume consultation) storytelling.
  • Develop a regular clientele and develop local and international clientele by using the different tools and means at your disposal: preparing and anticipating tomorrow's needs, inserting, clientelling, phoning, animations.
  • Be part of the results of your store's customer satisfaction questionnaire and propose action plans.

Sales Development:

  • Apply the unique Guerlain selling method.
  • Ensure the achievement and follow-up of the objectives set both individually and collectively.

  • Participate, animate and share during briefings.
  • Proactively contribute to the overall running and harmony of the counter, by respecting Retail Excellence and the sales procedures set by the Counter Management (checkout, point of sale management, merchandising, stock, etc.).
  • Respect the grooming (uniform, make-up, hairdressing, manicure).

Profile

  • You have an innate sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills and have a taste for challenges and sales.
