Beauty Consultant | Southampton | Part Time | Up to £13ph + Commission
Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a prestigious department store in Southampton, supporting a global beauty brand who are looking for a part-time Beauty Consultant to join their team.
Working 22 hours across 3 days per week, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and building strong relationships with clients through expert product advice and personalised recommendations. You'll also have the opportunity to host appointments and showcase your beauty expertise.

Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
- Proactively engage with customers and create opportunities to drive sales.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on individual customer needs.
- Host appointments and deliver a high-quality beauty experience.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and the latest beauty trends.
- Achieve individual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and passion, ensuring its values and standards are consistently delivered.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within a beauty retail environment.
- Confident, engaging, and passionate about beauty.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 2 desirable.
- Comfortable performing facial treatments.
- Commercially aware and motivated by achieving targets.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and results-driven.
