Department: Ecommerce & Marketing

Reporting to: Head of Marketing Communications

Job Type: Full-time

Full-time in-office during the six-month probation period, transitioning to one work-from-home day (Wednesdays) once probation is complete.

Background and Context:

Face the Future Online Ltd is part of the Face the Future Group, which includes both a leading aesthetic clinic and an established online retail business. As one of the UK’s most trusted skincare destinations, we have built our reputation on expert advice, personalised recommendations, and exceptional customer care.

Our story began in 2005 with the opening of our clinic, born from a passion for skin health and innovation. In 2008, we expanded into e-commerce with the launch of the Face the Future online shop, extending our expertise to customers nationwide. Today, we are proud to offer hundreds of premium skincare, haircare, and wellness brands, combining professional guidance with convenience and care.

As an authorised stockist, we deliver a tailored experience that helps every customer feel confident and supported on their self-care journey.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications and working closely with teams across the Group, the Beauty Copywriter will craft compelling, on-brand content that informs, inspires, and converts.

You’ll create copy for a variety of platforms, including product pages, emails, landing pages, long-form features, and digital magazine content, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. You’ll also bring ideas to life through creative storytelling, campaign taglines, and brand messaging that reflect our values and engage our community.

This role would suit someone with around 3–4 years of copywriting experience within beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce, who is confident writing across multiple formats and channels. An interest in exploring AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and optimisation is highly desirable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
