Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised, and hands-on Marketing Administrator & Content Creator to join our team, managing campaigns across three distinct brands: Sensse Beauty & Haircare, Arq Grooming, and Sensio Home.
In this multi-brand role, you will support daily the marketing lead, create engaging multi-channel content, and drive our influencer outreach and partnership programs. With a strong grounding in the beauty and lifestyle space, you will translate brand objectives into compelling copy, well-executed visual assets, and high-impact influencer collaborations that build brand awareness and community growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Influencer Outreach & Partnership Management
- Identify, research, and vet micro and macro-influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for Sensse Beauty & Haircare, Arq Grooming, and Sensio Home.
- Manage end-to-end influencer outreach, handling initial pitches, negotiations, gifting, and contract coordination.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with beauty, grooming, and lifestyle creators, brand ambassadors.
- Track, analyse, and report on influencer campaign performance, ROI, content delivery, and affiliate/discount code usage.

Content Creation & Social Media
- Plan, produce, and schedule engaging social media content and campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms for all three brands.
- Write compelling, trend-aware copy and captions tailored to beauty consumers, grooming enthusiasts, and home lifestyle audiences.
- Monitor social trends, community responses, and platform developments, turning insights into creative content ideas.
- Capture and edit photo/video content for social channels, product launches, and digital campaigns.
Creative Production & Brand Consistency
- Create and adapt on-brand campaign assets, including social graphics, promotional banners, digital flyers, and presentation decks across our multi-brand portfolio.
- Maintain the organisation of digital media assets, brand guidelines, and content libraries for Sensse, Arq, and Sensio.
- Protect the consistency of our tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging across every digital touchpoint for each brand.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for marketing projects, asset organisation, and content scheduling.
Email Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist with building, scheduling, testing, and optimising email campaigns
- Write conversion-focused copy for promotional newsletters, product drops, and brand updates.
- Help track campaign performance metrics, collate data reports, and support the optimisation of automated customer flows.
Marketing Administration & Campaign Delivery
- Up to date with current trends across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta, including Meta PPC account management.
- Support general marketing administration, including campaign scheduling, sample tracking, supplier communication, and keeping projects moving to firm deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy across all copywriting, scheduling, and admin deliverables.
- Track key performance measures across channels and present clear findings to support future marketing strategies.

Requirements & Experience
Industry Experience
- Essential (proven background working within beauty, skincare, haircare, male grooming, or lifestyle/home brands).
Marketing Experience
- Minimum 2 years in a hands-on marketing, content creation, or influencer management role.
Influencer & PR Experience
- Demonstrated success in conducting outreach, managing creator partnerships, and coordinating gifting or affiliate programs.
Creative Skills
- Confident creating professional asset creation, with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual aesthetics.
Digital & Social Savvy
- Up-to-date with current trends across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
Organisation
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and brands under pressure.
Communication
- Strong copywriting and professional relationship-building skills.
