Role Description
The Beauty PR Account Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role leads strategic PR programs for beauty clients, overseeing account planning, campaign development, and day-to-day client management. Responsibilities include:

The Account Director will mentor and manage account teams, ensure high-quality delivery across all projects, and collaborate closely with sister agencies to drive integrated campaigns across PR, social, and influencer channels. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, guiding clients through evolving beauty and communications landscapes, and contributing to new business proposals and pitches.
Qualifications
- Strong public relations expertise, including experience in beauty or adjacent consumer sectors and a track record of leading integrated PR campaigns.
- Demonstrated skills in media relations and press releases, with established contacts across beauty, lifestyle, and trade media and the ability to secure high-impact coverage.
- Proficiency in strategic communications, including message development, brand positioning, and reputation management for premium and emerging brands.
- Advanced account management abilities, overseeing multiple client portfolios, managing budgets, reporting on performance, and delivering excellent client service.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, including coaching junior team members and fostering a collaborative, inclusive working environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid London-based environment, with effective time management, organizational skills, and resilience in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Experience collaborating with social, influencer, or digital marketing teams; familiarity with multi-channel campaigns and measurement frameworks is beneficial.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in PR, communications
