Beauty Recruitment Coordinator | Luxury Beauty & Retail | London

Full-time | Temp Contract, potentially leading to Permanent

Are you passionate about beauty, luxury, and people, with experience in beauty retail, recruitment, or the wider luxury industry? We’re expanding our Beauty Temporary Division and looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Beauty Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with relevant industry experience who wants to build a career in luxury beauty recruitment, working with some of the world’s most prestigious beauty and luxury brands.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting our Beauty team with the day-to-day coordination of temporary recruitment
  • Speaking with, interviewing, and registering beauty candidates
  • Sourcing and identifying great talent for our luxury clients
  • Coordinating interviews, bookings, and candidate availability
  • Supporting consultants with client requirements and fast-paced, last-minute bookings
  • Building strong relationships with our growing network of beauty professionals
  • Helping manage and develop our temporary beauty talent pool
  • Gaining exposure to the commercial side of a fast-paced recruitment agency

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience within beauty retail, luxury retail, or recruitment
  • A genuine passion for beauty, luxury, and retail
  • Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates and clients
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • An interest in developing a long-term career within recruitment
