Role Overview

The Liberty Beauty Hall is a pioneer of luxury, showcasing the latest trends alongside a curated selection of unique and exceptional products, treatments, and counters. From Violette FR to Hourglass, Jones Road to Chantecaille, it offers an indulgent destination of standout brands and tailored skincare designed to delight even the most discerning beauty lovers.

Our Sales Managers set the standard for retail on the shop floor. Responsible for driving sales, managing, and supporting an accomplished team of sales professionals, the Sales Managers ensure that all our standards of service are upheld and maintained whilst being capable of adapting to the needs of a constantly changing and varied business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-calibre team of sales professionals.
  • Create a culture of excellence, engagement, and pride in service.
  • Deliver thoughtful, tailored coaching and training on product knowledge, storytelling, and service standards.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the wider business.
  • Drive sales performance through a considered and strategic approach to targets and KPIs.
  • Motivate and reward success, while coaching individuals to continuously elevate their performance.
  • Oversee floor moves in alignment with brand direction, sell-through, and visual excellence.
  • Provide insightful weekly trade feedback, sharing client insights, successes, and opportunities for growth.
  • Champion clientelling and the Liberty Loyalty programme, nurturing long-term client relationships and delivering a highly personalised, personal-shopper-level experience.
  • Conduct regular floor walks to ensure impeccable standards across the shop floor, stockroom, and team presentation.
  • Uphold the highest standards of stock integrity, loss prevention, and administrative accuracy.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in stock takes, ensuring precision and accountability.

About You

We are looking for highly skilled managers with strong knowledge and experience of luxury beauty brands and products, who understand the importance of driving sales and maintaining a commercial focus.

  • You will have a strong awareness of the marketplace and current beauty trends, alongside a passion for delivering exceptional visual standards across your product area.
  • Your ability to prioritise, plan, and allocate resources will be essential to ensuring the efficient running of the department year-round.
  • Whether you are coming from a luxury department store or a standalone store management role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of running your area profitably.
