An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Beauty Supervisor to join our Frasers store and play a key role in its continued success.
Job Description
Whether it’s leading your team to deliver exceptional beauty experiences, collaborating closely with brand partners, or driving sales through expert product knowledge and customer engagement, with Frasers Group, no two days are ever the same. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee the beauty sales team and act as a vital liaison with third-party brand partners, driving commercial success and enhancing the customer journey.
COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE
- Support the store leadership team in driving the commercial success of the beauty department
- Identify key opportunities to enhance performance in line with current beauty trends
- Support the store manager in the implementation of strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Analyse data and key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and drive KPIs
TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
- Be responsible for your department and team's performance
- Lead and inspire the beauty team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Work closely with your Store Management team, acting on feedback and working towards targets and deadlines
- Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be a key point of contact for our 3rd party beauty brands and drive the success of the accounts
- Display exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation

DEVELOPMENT
- Support the store manager in driving the team's personal development and progression
- Seek opportunities to drive your own personal development
- Train, coach, and upskill the sales team to maximise opportunities for future progression within the business
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Use business communication tools to drive the completion of tasks and ensure your team understands all key functions
- Support the store manager to drive performance in line with retail priorities to meet business objectives
CONTROLS
- Support the store manager in monitoring and achieving department and store KPIs, including sales targets, company incentives, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure wage controls are met on a weekly basis and any issues are resolved quickly and effectively
- Demonstrate resilience to operational challenges, making effective decisions to drive solutions
- Control stock movement, run accurate store audits, and implement visual standards to company and brand guidelines
About You
We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused retail professional with experience in both premium fashion and beauty, and a drive to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a beauty-related role, either within a single brand or a multi-brand beauty retailer
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support teams in delivering high standards
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance
- Good product knowledge across fashion and beauty, including brands, trends, and materials
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all areas of the business

- Basic rate salary £31,450 per annum
