Aesthetic Therapist
Salary: £30,000 per annum + commission and benefits
Location: Chelsea, London
Hours: 35 hours per week
An established and highly regarded medical clinic is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Therapist to join its team in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry-leading practitioners, delivering exceptional facial treatments and outstanding client care while benefiting from ongoing professional development and advanced training opportunities.
Please note: Weekend work flexibility will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of facial and aesthetic treatments to the highest professional standards, ensuring treatments are completed within allocated appointment times.
- Provide expert skincare advice and treatment recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
- Promote and recommend clinic products and services to support client outcomes.
- Ensure clients receive a seamless and welcoming experience, accompanying them throughout their visit and escorting them to and from reception.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and aftercare.
- Work collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and wider team to maintain exceptional clinic standards.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or above).
- Previous experience working within an aesthetics, beauty, or medical clinic environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, personable, and client-focused approach.
