Role Description

- Providing a range of beauty and wellness treatments such as skin care services, hair removal, and other spa therapies, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable treatments, and delivering a consistently professional and relaxing experience.
- Supporting reception duties when needed.
- Managing treatment schedules.
- Maintaining treatment rooms and equipment.
- Contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spa’s holistic approach.

Qualifications
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent, additional training in advanced skin treatments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in hair removal techniques, including waxing.
- Demonstrated skills in skin care, including facials, skin analysis, and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a client-focused approach and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, commitment to hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a calm, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work full-time spa hours, including potential evenings and weekends, as required.
- Dermalogica knowledge preferred. Training can be provided.
