Eyeam, the first in neurocosmetics, is opening our first social biohacking club in the heart of Chelsea. We are looking for passionate beauty therapists with a strong interest in wellness.
Role Description
The Beauty Therapist role at Eyeam is a full-time, on-site position based in Chelsea. The Beauty Therapist will perform a range of eyeam treatments focused on lymphatic, fascia, and detox. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs
- Recommending appropriate treatments
- Delivering a high level of customer service before, during, and after appointments

- Maintaining treatment rooms
- Following clinic protocols
- Managing appointment schedules
- Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
The Beauty Therapist is expected to stay informed about new techniques and products, participate in training, and uphold Eyeam’s standards of professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build client trust.
- Knowledge of skin care practices, products, and treatment plans tailored to different skin types and concerns.
- Ability to work on-site in Chelsea on a full-time schedule, including flexibility for peak appointment times.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and adherence to hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards.
- Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or salon setting is beneficial.
