Role Description
The Beauty Therapist role at Sensoria is a part-time (mainly interested in evenings and weekends), on-site position based in Tarporley (UK). The Beauty Therapist will perform a range of professional beauty treatments, including skin care services, hair removal procedures, and other cosmetology-based treatments tailored to client needs. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, assessing their requirements, recommending appropriate services, and delivering high-quality, safe treatments in line with company standards. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing appointments, supporting product recommendations, and fostering a welcoming environment that promotes client satisfaction and repeat visits. The Beauty Therapist will collaborate with the wider team to uphold service excellence and contribute to the continuous improvement of beauty offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology, including practical experience delivering a variety of beauty treatments.
- Proficiency in hair removal techniques, with hands-on experience in laser hair removal.
- Solid knowledge of skin care, including skin analysis, treatment planning, and product recommendations.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and manage client expectations.
- Relevant certification or diploma (level 4 would be ideal) in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and ability to follow clinical protocols.
- Ability to work on-site in Tarporley, manage a full-time schedule, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Prior experience in a spa, clinic, or salon environment and knowledge of industry trends is an advantage.
