Our Belfast consultants support leading professional services clients delivering work across a range of sectors, including financial services, public sector, charities, and commercial organisations.

What role will you be delivering?
Our Belfast consultants support clients across a broad range of operational, regulatory, and business support functions. We hire, year-round:
- Business Operations Analysts: Support core business processes and help clients improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Operations Specialists: Deliver exceptional customer outcomes while supporting service delivery, customer journeys, and process improvements.
- Legal Operations Analysts: Assist legal and regulatory teams with case management, documentation, process administration, and operational support.
- Financial Crime Analysts: Support AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, due diligence, and risk management activities.
- Data Management Analysts: Maintain data quality, support governance initiatives, and enable effective business reporting and decision-making.
- Accounts Assistants: Support finance teams with invoicing, reconciliations, financial administration, and reporting activities.
- Brokerage Operations Analysts: Support trade lifecycle activities, reconciliations, client servicing, and operational processing.
- Compliance Analysts: Assist with regulatory compliance, risk management, governance activities, and control monitoring.

What will you be learning?
As part of your journey as a Vantage Point Consultant, you'll participate in our immersive training programme designed to equip you with both technical and professional skills.
During your first few weeks, you'll complete our award-winning Simulate training programme, working in a supportive and collaborative environment that replicates real client experiences. Following this, you'll transition into client-facing projects where you'll apply your learning in real-world environments.
