Job Description: Lead Front End Engineer
About the Role
The Lead Front End Engineer will work for a hyper-growth B2B SaaS proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Earn £95,000 plus excellent benefits.
- Enjoy hybrid working on a 3+2 basis.
- Have huge autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
- Be part visual identity manager, part front end developer.
- Have prior experience of building and scaling products into leading brands.
- Know how to drive demand generation and deliver consistent pipeline growth.
- Work with the CMO, RevOps, Growth Hacking, Event Management, and Product Marketing.
- Own the website and drive performance, conversion, and search visibility.
- Subscribe to the web marketing mantra: Look. Load. Convert.
- Work with Growth Marketing to drive leads and engagement.
- Work with Product Marketing to tell our story in a compelling manner.
- Own our visual identity and apply it consistently across our product range.
- Own SEO/GEO search and technical implementations from site speed to structured data.
- Marry technical front end engineering with a creative eye.
- Understand what lies behind templates, abstractions, etc. Look under that hood!
- Design and create assets that power campaigns, from landing pages to sales collateral.
- Have worked with headless or component-based systems e.g. Storyblok.
- Know how to structure content for loading speed and flexibility.
- Use Hubspot and Google Analytics. Know how data flows from visit to revenue.
- Use RevTech tools to ensure every site visit is tracked and actioned.
- Live and breathe SaaS, and know what a high-performing B2B site looks like.
- Use AI tools to push the boundaries of what one person can design, build, and ship.
