Make a meaningful impact through clinical work that puts people first. We believe that effective support starts with understanding the whole person—an approach you’ll find at the heart of this role.
As a behavior clinician, you’ll provide person-centered, evidence-based clinical and behavioral support to adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. You’ll work closely with individuals, families, direct support staff, and interdisciplinary teams to understand needs, build on strengths, address challenges, and help people achieve greater independence and quality of life.
You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while using your clinical expertise in practical, impactful ways—developing Positive Behavior Support Plans, using data to guide treatment, providing consultation and coaching, and helping teams create environments where the people we support can thrive.
This role offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being part of a knowledgeable and supportive clinical team. You’ll have opportunities to expand your expertise, contribute your ideas, and make a difference across a variety of settings.
At Advocates, this is more than a clinical position. It’s an opportunity to use your skills to help people live with dignity, choice, confidence, and inclusion—while doing work that has a lasting impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
