Schedule & Pay
Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours)
- Availability: 4–5 weekdays (Monday–Friday) between 3:30 PM and 8:00 PM
- Work Setting: Primarily in clients’ homes, with occasional sessions in local centers based on individual needs
- Payment: Daily pay access available
- Compensation: $23–$29/hour
- Evenings/Weekends: $2/hr bonus
- Guaranteed hours: Access to work regardless of client cancellations
What You’ll Need
To qualify for this role, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
- A High School Diploma and 12+ months of experience with kids, OR an Associate’s degree (or higher) in a related field and 6+ months of experience with kids
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Willingness to undergo background and health checks
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- A big heart, patience, and the ability to engage with energetic children

What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll:
- Help kids learn through play by teaching skills like communication, sharing, or following directions—often through fun activities.
- Be a positive role model, encouraging progress and celebrating small victories.
- Stay active by engaging in movement, games, and interactive sessions.
- Keep things organized by documenting learning progress (training provided).
- Support families as part of a team helping kids achieve meaningful growth.
