Schedule & Pay
- Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours)
- Hours:
- Availability required 4–5 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- 3:30 PM – 8 PM (sessions scheduled within this range based on client needs)
- Work Setting: Primarily in client’s homes. Some sessions at local centers, based on needs.
- Pay Access: Daily pay access earned as you work.
- Compensation: $23–$29/hour
What You’ll Need
To qualify, you must have:
- One of the following:
- High school diploma + 12+ months of experience working with kids
- Associate’s degree or higher in a related field + 6+ months of experience with kids
- Reliable transportation (car, valid driver’s license, insurance)
- Willingness to pass background checks and health checks
- Proficient English (reading, writing, speaking)
- A big heart, patience, and energy to engage with energetic children

Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital role by:
- Helping Kids Learn Through Play
- Teach essential skills (communication, sharing, following directions) through games, activities, and hands-on engagement.
- Be a Positive Role Model
- Celebrate small victories and encourage progress every day.
- Stay Physically Active
- Engage in movement, play, and interaction during sessions.
- Keep Records Organized
- Track skills taught and progress (additional training provided).
- Support Families & Clients
- Contribute to a team helping families see real, meaningful progress.
