Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Mental Health Worker. In this role, the Mental Health Worker provides compassionate, evidence-informed support to individuals using MantraCare’s digital platforms, including chat, video, and telehealth tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting psychosocial assessments
- Supporting care plans
- Coordinating resources
- Monitoring participant progress across mental health and related wellness programs

The Mental Health Worker collaborates with clinicians, care managers, and AI tools to ensure timely follow-up, appropriate escalation of complex cases, and continuity of care. The role also involves:
- Documenting interactions accurately
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Contributing to program improvements based on participant feedback and outcomes
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for building trust, active listening, and clear, empathetic communication with diverse populations.
- Background in Social Work and Case Management to coordinate services, advocate for participants, and support care navigation.
- Knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health to understand common conditions, risk factors, and evidence-based support strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, technology-enabled environment, including using telehealth platforms and digital tools.
- Relevant education in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field; licensure or certification is an advantage where applicable.
- Experience in community mental health, crisis support, or similar settings, with a commitment to non-judgmental, inclusive care.
- Strong organizational skills, professional ethics, and adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards.
