About Green Light
Established in 2009 with the Mission of “empowering people to achieve a lifestyle they’re proud of’, Green Light PBS Ltd. provides accommodation and tailored support to adults with autism, learning disabilities and other complex needs from small registered care homes across Cornwall, UK.
‘Positive Behaviour Support’ (PBS) is the accepted best practice response to supporting people with learning disabilities who display challenging behaviour. “PBS is a person centred framework for providing long term support to people with a learning disability, and/or autism, including those with mental health conditions, who have, or may be at risk of developing, behaviours that challenge. It is a blend of person centred values and behavioural science and uses evidence to inform decision-making. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Behaviour Analyst Internship role was created in December 2019 to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and clinical practice, and build capacity to meet demand for high-quality, outcome-focused care and support, by nurturing newly-qualified emerging talent. As a Behaviour Analyst Intern you will be embedded as part of a care team, or small number of care teams providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and autism in small registered care homes in Cornwall. Each home’s team is led by a Registered Manager, registered with the Care Quality Commission. Clinical Supervision will be provided by a Behaviour Analyst, UKBA(cert) who will support you to demonstrate competence in the UK-SBA values led Competence Framework.
Reflections from Past Interns
