Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Behaviour Analyst/ABA Consultant role based in London. The Behaviour Analyst/ABA Consultant will assess clients’ needs, conduct functional behavior assessments, and design individualized ABA programs. Daily responsibilities include implementing and supervising behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, and adjusting strategies based on progress and outcomes. The role involves providing training and guidance to families, support staff, and educators to ensure consistent implementation of interventions. The consultant will attend team meetings, maintain accurate documentation, uphold ethical and safeguarding standards, and contribute to service development within the organization.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in behavior assessment, functional analysis, and development of individualized ABA intervention plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in data collection, data analysis, and progress monitoring to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in delivering direct ABA therapy, behavior skills training, and generalization of skills across settings.
- Candidates should possess skills in caregiver and staff training, collaboration with schools and other professionals, and clear, professional communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in clinical documentation, report writing, and maintaining accurate, confidential records.
- Relevant qualifications such as BCBA/BCaBA certification or a postgraduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field are highly beneficial.
- Experience working with autistic individuals or those with developmental or behavioral needs, preferably in community or educational settings, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines in ABA, safeguarding procedures, and UK regulatory standards, alongside the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, is preferred.
