BEHAVIOUR MENTOR - 1:1 YEAR 9 STUDENT

East London | Full-Time | £100-£130 per day

Remedy Education are currently recruiting for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to provide 1:1 support to a Year 9 boy in an East London school.

This is a challenging role and would suit someone with strong experience supporting young people with SEMH and challenging behaviour.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has strong SEMH experience
  • Has experience supporting secondary-aged students
  • Is confident managing challenging behaviour
  • Has strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
  • Is calm, patient and consistent
  • Can build positive relationships with students
  • Is confident setting clear boundaries
  • Can remain calm under pressure
  • Is reliable, resilient and able to use their initiative
