Remedy is recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a secondary school in East London. This full-time, long-term role is perfect for a Behaviour Mentor passionate about supporting students to improve their behaviour and succeed academically.
Job Overview
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who face behavioural challenges, helping them develop positive attitudes and strategies to thrive in school. The successful Behaviour Mentor will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support students in managing their behaviour and making positive choices.
- Develop and deliver personalised behaviour plans as a Behaviour Mentor.
- Work with teachers to monitor student progress and attendance.
- Liaise with parents and carers to foster communication and support.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to behaviour management strategies.

Requirements
- Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with young people.
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
