About the Role
As the Behaviour Mentor / SEMH Teaching Assistant / Pastoral Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering targeted interventions, providing one-to-one and small group support, and contributing to the overall pastoral and wellbeing of our students. You will collaborate closely with our teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student care and development.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements
- A strong understanding of SEMH needs and effective behaviour management strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport and trust with students

- Experience in delivering targeted interventions, such as mentoring, counselling, or coaching
- A passion for supporting the personal, social, and academic development of young people
- Flexibility and resilience to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment
