Salary
- Between £28,598 - £31,022 FTE
Academics are recruiting on behalf of one of my client schools in Basingstoke which caters for secondary aged students with social, emotional and mental health needs who have been permanently excluded, or are at risk of exclusion.
They are looking to appoint an experienced Behaviour Support Manager who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to education. This is a permanent contract but they will also consider the suitable candidate on a temp to perm contract.

The salary for the role of Behaviour Support Manager is between £21,577 - £23,406 (actual), working 39 weeks of the year, 32.5 hours per week. The actual FTE salary is between £28,580 - £31,022.
The successful Behaviour Support Manager will play a key role in managing behaviour, implementing interventions and building positive relationships with learners and their families.
- You will be supported by the school who will provide training in behaviour management and physical intervention and be offered opportunities for professional development.

They are looking for a Behaviour Support Manager with prior, recent experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and an NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent qualification.
I am also looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant for the same school in Basingstoke.
