Using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Active Support approaches, we work alongside the people we support, their families, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion within their communities.
We're now looking for compassionate, motivated Behaviour Technicians (PBS Practitioners) to join our growing team across South London and Greater London.
About the Role
As a Behaviour Technician (PBS Practitioner), you'll work closely with our Behaviour Specialist to deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions for autistic individuals and people with complex needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving quality of life through person-centred, values-led support while developing their skills within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the development, implementation, and review of Positive Behaviour Support plans.
- Collecting, recording, and analysing behavioural data to inform support strategies.
- Assisting in the design and delivery of Autism and PBS training.
- Modelling Positive Behaviour Support principles across our services.
- Promoting independence, choice, and meaningful participation for the people we support.
- Building positive relationships with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and professional written reports.
- Planning and prioritising your workload effectively.
- Responding flexibly to changing service needs.
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection, health & safety, equality, and other relevant legislation and policies.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience supporting autistic individuals and/or people with behaviours of concern.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in Autism, Positive Behaviour Support, Psychology, Health & Social Care, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for person-centred care and improving outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
