Behavioural Strategist
We're looking for an ambitious Behavioural Strategist to help shape the future of behavioural science. You'll work across research, strategy, innovation, and client partnerships, turning human understanding into commercial strategy for the world's most influential brands.
About Mindscope
We're the leading, modern behavioural science consultancy for the new era of influence operating across the most-loved tech, entertainment, culture, and commerce brands, including Google, TikTok, Canon, Snapchat, and BBC. Through our innovation labs, we decode how modern audiences think, feel, and decide, turning that understanding into commercial strategy for the world's most influential organizations. Founded by award-winning behavioural scientist Lea Karam, we're an agile, ambitious, high-energy team where everything we ship matters.
The Role
We are experiencing an exponential growth trajectory and we are looking for a superstar to join us and support our senior leadership. You'll work closely with our senior strategy lead (and sometimes our founder) to drive projects and grow relationships across high-value accounts. The responsibilities are split into two core areas: executing flawless day-to-day operations and spearheading the analytical backend. It's a hybrid role that blends the analytical depth of a behavioural researcher, the storytelling of a strategist, and the agility of a technical creator - with immediate client exposure, published credit for the work, and accelerated career growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
