BEHIND THE WHEEL
INSTRUCTOR POSITION
No experience? No problem! We will show you the ropes and pay for the license fees.
Requirements:
- 21+
- Valid Driver's license
- Clean Driving record
- Pass FBI background check
- Must provide a high school diploma / GED / college transcript
Scheduling:
We have 4 locations:
- Main office: Forest Lake
- Community Ed Locations: Chisago Lakes, North Branch, Princeton
You make your own hours! Full or part time is ok with us! During the school year, afterschool appointments are best. Summer - Any time of day / Weekends are available if you would like those as well.
Becoming a Behind The Wheel Instructor Process:
- Complete required state documentation which we will provide and walk through with you.
- Take a 100 Point Handwritten Test. We will provide you with the proper study resources to feel confident and successfully pass.
- Pass a Road Test.
- 1 Hour ride along with the Commissioner of Public Safety.
