Business Development Executive - Fast growing SaaS start-up
Location: Belfast City Centre
Adepta Partners is working exclusively with a rapidly growing SaaS startup based in Belfast to recruit a Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with proven sales and business development experience, and the drive to grow with an ambitious tech company.
This is a hands-on, office-based role, ideal for someone eager to make a real impact. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team working in the office at least four days per week. Working hours vary between 9am–5pm and 1pm–10pm, supporting both UK and US market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including online and offline networking, market research, outreach calls, and attendance at industry events.

Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Sales Pipeline Management Track and manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Industry Engagement In time, represent the company at industry events, build professional networks, and stay informed about market trends and developments.

Sales Strategy Implementation Work closely with the company founders to execute strategic sales initiatives and help meet key business objectives.

What We’re Looking For
- A degree-level qualification with proven B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
