Are you an experienced BEMS project engineer? Join our southwest region
We’re looking for an ambitious team player to join our growing southwest region. Here’s what we’re after in an ideal candidate.
What You’ll Need
- BEMS engineering and commissioning experience.
- Primary technical knowledge of Trend, Tridium and Schneider EcoStruxure, as well as other legacy systems.
- Experience of BEMS control strategy design.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A flexible and self-motivated approach to work.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- A full driving license.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the projects team with commissioning BEMS projects. Ranging from controller upgrades to multi-MCC complex new installations.
- Commissioning Schneider, DISTECH and TREND BEMS – all the way through to completion. This includes hardwired I-O and HLI to equipment via Modbus, LON, and BACnet etc.
- Creating software from Des-Ops and I-O schedules, provided by your project manager.
- Completing commissioning sheets and commissioning BEMS headend graphics (Enterprise Server, N4 and IQVISION).
- Witnessing and demonstrating commissioned work to key stakeholders.
- Coordinating our installation teams and associated trades.
- Carrying out minor modifications to MCCs.
- Supervising sub-contractors
- Surveying sites to assist sales team with quotations.
- Delivering exceptional service, with customer satisfaction a top priority.
- Participating in regular training courses to develop your knowledge and stay up to date with industry developments.
