Salary: Up to £41,500 per annum (£18.80/hr) + Overtime + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist fit-out manufacturer in Basildon producing high-end bespoke joinery for prestigious commercial interiors across London. Working in a modern, fully equipped workshop, you will join a skilled team delivering top-tier craftsmanship from technical drawings.

Key Benefits
- Up to £41,500 per year (£18.80/hr) plus regular overtime
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (no weekend work)

Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery for commercial fit-outs
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans
- Safely operate woodworking machinery (panel saws, planer/thicknessers)
- Produce shaped and profiled timber components
- Prepare completed work for Spray Shop and Quality Control

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, Cabinet Maker, or Workshop Joiner
- Time-served apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
- Ability to work independently from technical drawings
- Attention to detail and passion for high-quality craftsmanship
