Benefits and Transformation Lead
We are seeking an experienced Benefits and Transformation Lead to support a major NHS Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme during the Business Case phase.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will lead the identification, development and quantification of programme benefits, working closely with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders to establish a robust benefits management framework and support the production of the Full Business Case.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops
- Develop benefits registers and realisation plans
- Support process mapping and organisational transformation activities
- Ensure measurable improvements in patient care, operational efficiency and staff experience are embedded throughout the programme

Requirements
Applicants should possess significant NHS Digital or EPR implementation experience, with a proven track record of benefits realisation, service redesign and stakeholder engagement within complex healthcare environments.
