Introduction

We're looking for a Benefits Administrator to join our Finance team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, supporting the delivery of accurate benefits administration across our UK business.

The Role

You’ll join our global Finance team, consisting of 23 colleagues, who are responsible for managing the entire accounting function across the company. As our Benefits Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant and timely administration of a wide range of employee benefits.

Working closely with colleagues across Finance, HR and the wider business, you'll support benefits administration and employee queries, as well as assisting with a range of finance activities when required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with collating New Starters information for payroll set-up
  • Collating information such as changes in personal details for update to payroll
  • Payroll/Benefits Inbox admin
  • Holiday Record Adjustments and Reconciliations
  • Contacting employees to check and agree holiday bookings
  • Administer Holiday Buyback Scheme
  • Dealing with Relocation Records & Claims
  • Private Medical Health – keeping records updated online and reconciling annually for policy renewal
  • Travel Insurance – keeping records updated and reconciling annually for policy renewal
  • Cycle Scheme account administration
  • Set up Pension Inductions invites and collation of new starter info for pension set-up
  • Assist with Pension Administration and Upload
  • Assist with benefits queries
  • Assist with other ad-hoc activities within the accounts team (ie Travel Bookings via credit card, help with monthly credit card etc)
  • P11D’s – pulling info together and reporting
  • PSA – pulling info together and reporting
  • Preparing Payroll Journal & General Ledger Reconciliations
  • Assist with Share Option Scheme Administration

Skills required

  • Good Communication & Analytical Skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good Excel experience
  • Knowledge of Pension & Benefit administration
  • Relocation knowledge desirable
