Benefits & Pensions Manager - EMEA
We're partnering with a highly respected Financial Services organisation to appoint a Benefits & Pensions Manager with responsibility for the EMEA region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing HR team where you'll have the autonomy to shape and deliver benefits and pensions programmes across multiple jurisdictions. You'll be the regional subject matter expert, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while working within a complex, matrix-led environment.
This isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook. We're looking for a self-starter; an individual who can work autonomously, navigate matrix reporting lines with confidence, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive initiatives forward with minimal direction.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical benefits and pensions expertise with commercial awareness, initiative and a proactive mindset. If you're someone who spots opportunities, solves problems before they arise and enjoys operating as a trusted adviser in a fast-paced international environment, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
As Benefits & Pensions Manager, you'll lead the administration, governance and ongoing development of benefits and pension arrangements across EMEA. You'll work closely with colleagues across HR, Reward, Finance, Payroll and external providers to ensure programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned to business objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
