A market-leading international organisation is seeking a Benefits & Pensions Consultant to join its UK & European Reward team. About the Role
Working within a collaborative and visible Reward function, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of pensions and benefits across the UK and Europe. This is a broad and varied position, offering exposure to both day-to-day operations and wider strategic initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their expertise within pensions, benefits, and financial wellbeing.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of pension-related activity across the organisation's Defined Contribution arrangements.
- Manage provider relationships.
- Support governance processes.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of pension administration.
- Contribute to a wider portfolio of benefits including health, protection, and wellbeing programmes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Experience within pensions, benefits, or total rewards.
- A good understanding of Defined Contribution pension schemes, including areas such as auto-enrolment, governance, and retirement options.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- A genuine interest in building a career within pensions and benefits.
