EMEA Benefits Communications Analyst / Senior Benefits Analyst
We are seeking an EMEA Benefits Communications Analyst / Senior Benefits Analyst to enhance the employee benefits experience across 18 countries in the EMEA region. This role combines benefits expertise with strong communication and content development skills to ensure employees, managers, HR teams, and leaders clearly understand and engage with our benefits programs.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop impactful communication strategies
- Support benefits-related change initiatives
- Create employee-focused content
- Help drive consistency and governance across regional benefits programs
