Job Description

We are seeking an EMEA Benefits Communications Analyst / Senior Benefits Analyst to enhance the employee benefits experience across 18 countries in the EMEA region. This role combines benefits expertise with strong communication and content development skills to ensure employees, managers, HR teams, and leaders clearly understand and engage with our benefits programs.

The successful candidate will develop impactful communication strategies, support benefits-related change initiatives, create employee-focused content, and help drive consistency and governance across regional benefits programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute EMEA-wide benefits communication strategies.
  • Create clear, engaging communications for benefit launches, renewals, and program updates.
  • Translate complex benefits information into employee-friendly content.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across countries, business units, and stakeholder groups.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

Content Development & Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain benefits guides, FAQs, intranet content, knowledge articles, toolkits, presentations, and educational materials.
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with global standards.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of benefits resources and employee self-service content.

Change Management & Program Support

  • Support the rollout of new benefits programs and benefits-related technology solutions.
  • Develop communication and change management plans that drive awareness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with HR, country teams, vendors, and internal communications teams.
  • Contribute to regional projects focused on harmonization, employee experience, and benefits governance.

Training & Enablement

  • Develop training materials and resources for employees, managers, HR teams, and Shared Services.
  • Deliver benefits education sessions, webinars, and awareness campaigns.
  • Support adoption of benefits processes, tools, and best practices across the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Consulting, or a related HR function.
  • Experience working within a multinational or international environment.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and benefits administration.
  • Proven experience developing employee communications, training materials, and change management initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Total Rewards

We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. Salary range varies by location and local market conditions. It is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 10% of base salary. You’ll also enjoy annual paid leave, access to our ULS University to support continuous learning and career development, two volunteering days each year to participate in community activities, and flexible working arrangements designed to help you balance work and life.
