Requirements Of Role

Our HR Advisory team provide a full HR service to our international clients. A key part of our service is the setting up and maintenance of global staff benefits schemes.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the head of department you will play a pivotal role in building and servicing our client base and contributing to the strategic development of the department – key responsibilities include:

  • Advise clients on the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of their international employee benefits programmes
  • Track and advise clients on international regulatory requirements (mandatory pension and insurance schemes etc)
  • Develop benchmark intelligence on market norms and trending practices
  • Manage third party relations with insurers, brokers and payroll teams
  • Develop communication materials and support clients in employee engagement and change management.
  • Ensure benefits systems, processes, records and documentation are correctly configured and maintained
  • Oversee the annual renewal cycle for international benefits plans, including pricing reviews, claims analysis, and provider performance assessments.
  • Support clients with escalated employee queries, complex claims, and provider issues.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure benefits remain aligned with business objectives and budget.
  • Support clients with audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
  • Contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership.
  • Line manage junior consultants and support team development.
  • Deliver internal projects to enhance tools, processes, and service delivery.

You will have a strong understanding of employee benefits ( including UK pensions), insurance structures and regulatory frameworks having had significant experience in the insurance or consulting sector (international exposure is desirable but not essential) and have the following strengths:
